1. Information We Collect

Local Data: GONGGAN X follows a local-first approach. 3D scans and associated data are stored on your device. We do not access or collect your raw scan data unless you explicitly choose to Publish.

Published Data: When you Publish a space, the following are uploaded to our servers: thumbnail images (.webp), metadata (title, description, tags), a lite 3D model, and walkpoint data.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with the web viewer. These services may collect anonymized usage data, page views, and session recordings. Analytics scripts are loaded only on allowed hosts and, where required, after your explicit consent choice.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the GONGGAN X service
  • To display your published spaces in the Explore feed and via share links
  • To process billing and subscription management through RevenueCat
  • To improve our service through anonymous analytics
  • To enforce community guidelines (e.g., content moderation via report system)

3. Data Storage & Security

Published data is stored on Cloudflare R2 (object storage) and Cloudflare D1 (database). All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. Webhook communications are verified using HMAC-SHA256 signature validation.

  • Cloudflare: Hosting, CDN, and data storage
  • RevenueCat: Subscription and billing management
  • Google AdSense: Advertising on web share pages and explore feed
  • Google Analytics 4: Web analytics
  • Microsoft Clarity: Session analytics and heatmaps

5. Your Rights

You can unpublish your spaces at any time, which removes them from public access. Local data can be deleted directly from your device. To request deletion of all server-side data, contact us at the email below.

6. Advertising

GONGGAN X displays ads via Google AdSense on the share landing page (/s/{id}) and the Explore feed (/explore). Ads are never shown inside the 3D/VR viewer. Pro and Studio plan subscribers can remove ads from their web experience.

8. Analytics Consent

You can allow or reject analytics tracking from the consent banner on first visit. Your preference is saved in browser storage (`gx_analytics_consent`) and can be changed by clearing site storage.
