By accessing or using GONGGAN X, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

GONGGAN X is a platform for scanning 3D spaces using LiDAR technology, publishing them online, and exploring them through web browsers and WebXR-compatible devices. The service operates on a local-first model where scans are stored on your device.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of the 3D space data you create
• By publishing, you grant GONGGAN X a license to host, display, and distribute the content via the platform
• You must not publish spaces containing identifiable personal information of others without consent
• Content that violates laws or community standards may be removed

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Publishing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Scanning private spaces without the owner's permission
• Attempting to circumvent publish quotas or rate limits
• Abusing the report system
• Reverse engineering or scraping the service

5. Plans & Billing

GONGGAN X offers Free, Pro, and Studio plans. Paid subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat. Publish quotas (slots and weekly limits) vary by plan. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store policies.

6. Content Moderation

Spaces that receive reports exceeding the threshold may be automatically hidden from public access. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

7. Disclaimer

GONGGAN X is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in 3D scans.
